Established in 1980, Lexicom
began network design, network engineering and network optimization
for the long distance companies. These firms, who were just getting
their start, turned to Lexicom for our expertise in all elements of
network requirements. Although the names have now changed, you now
would know these companies as WorldCom, Global Crossing, Sprint, Cable
& Wireless and Qwest, just to name a few. Today,
and for the past 17 years, we have transferred that expertise to
over 1,100 corporate clients. Although the industry has become substantially
more sophisticated, Lexicom has taken a much more simplified approach
to network analysis.
Our clients want us to establish the
“fair market value” of network transmission costs. Our
goal is to secure the most cost effective rates on ALL network transmission
services, including Data, Voice, Internet Access, Local and Wireless
(Cellular) services.
Ultimately, if the vendors are not
billing at fair market value, it will cost that company hundreds
of thousands of dollars, even millions in some cases, of wasted
expense. That money could and should be used for developing new
technologies of equipment and resources that are available today
to expand their productivity.
Our approach to consulting is to bring
you a “value added” service. We strive to provide you
with benefits in addition to what you can negotiate for yourself.
A consultant should be viewed as an
essential part of a client’s team, just as you view your accounting
firm, law firm or strategic planning. We are NEVER a replacement
for a client's IT, IS or telecommunications departments, but rather
a very necessary addition to ensure a thorough result.
We can clearly illustrate how
we have dramatically reduced costs at thousands of locations across
the country. Today is a good day to start this process because your
money needs to work harder and smarter than it did yesterday.
